By using the Site and Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, you may be unable to use certain features. We may update this policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Site and Services after an updated policy is posted means that you accept the revised policy.

This policy applies to Konnectb's online services, communications, forms, partner-program features, and other products or services that link to it. It forms part of the terms that govern use of the Site and Services.

We collect information through voluntary submissions, participation in the Site and Services, authorized third parties, and technologies that help operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services.

Personal information is information that identifies or can reasonably be associated with you, such as your name, business name, email address, telephone number, postal address, language preference, inquiry details, partner-application information, and account or support information. We collect this information when it is needed to respond to you or provide a service you request.

When you submit a Growth Audit request, partner application, login request, email, WhatsApp message, or other communication, we collect the information you choose to provide and related delivery or security records.

If you provide a telephone number, you authorize us to contact you about your request. Where separate consent is required for automated or promotional calls or text messages, we will request it. You may revoke consent to receive text messages by contacting us or by replying STOP where applicable. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

We may collect messages, comments, responses, reviews, ratings, files, or other content that you voluntarily submit. Do not submit information that you do not want us to receive or use for the purpose for which it was provided. If a feature is identified as public, content submitted through that feature may be displayed publicly.

We may collect technical and aggregate information such as Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, date and time of access, error records, and general usage statistics. We use this information to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Site and Services.

We may supplement information you provide with information obtained lawfully from service providers or other sources, including information used to validate contact details, prevent abuse, maintain accurate records, and fulfill requested services.

The Site and Services may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for security, authentication, referral attribution, language or session continuity, and reliable operation. Your browser may allow you to control or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent some features from working correctly.

Third-party services used by the Site and Services may process limited technical information under their own privacy terms. We do not control cookies placed directly by websites you visit after following an external link.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms to distinguish people from automated abuse and protect the Site and Services. Turnstile may process limited client-side security signals such as an IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, site key, and associated origin. Konnect uses the resulting verification only to secure form submissions and does not use it to identify, profile, or target individuals.

Cloudflare processes Turnstile signals as described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and related privacy terms. Turnstile is configured as an invisible security check; it does not mean that visitors must pass through a Cloudflare challenge page before viewing the Site.

With your choice, we use Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic, engagement, and the commercial funnel. Analytics remains off unless you select Accept analytics. You may decline without losing core Site functionality and may change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer.

When analytics is active, Konnect may send a pathname without sensitive query strings, the page title, language, and approved aggregate funnel events. Google may also process device, browser, and general technical data under its applicable privacy terms. Konnect does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, Assessment references, database IDs, or user-entered free text to Google Analytics.

Advertising storage remains denied, ad personalization is disabled, and Google Signals is disabled. Google may process analytics data in the United States or other jurisdictions under its applicable privacy terms.

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track preference. Because no uniform technical standard currently governs these signals, the Site and Services do not respond to them in a standardized way. You may still use browser controls and the choices described in this policy.

We may use collected information for the following purposes:

• to respond to inquiries and provide requested products or services;
• to review partner applications and administer authorized partner accounts and referral attribution;
• to send transactional, service, support, and consented marketing communications;
• to maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and Services;
• to detect fraud, spam, bots, misuse, and other harmful activity;
• to keep records, conduct internal analysis, and comply with legal obligations; and
• to carry out other purposes disclosed to you and to which you consent.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except when necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, with your permission, to operate or secure the Site and Services, to provide a requested service, to comply with law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a lawful business transaction.

We may share information with service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, database and authentication services, email delivery, security and bot prevention, communications, analytics, and technical support. These providers are permitted to use information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise allowed by law and their applicable agreements.

We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, ask us to delete information where applicable, or opt out of certain uses by emailing info@konnectb.com or writing to the address below. Please describe your request clearly. We may need to verify your identity before completing it, and legal exceptions may apply.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. You may still receive necessary service, security, account, or transaction-related communications.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we process. Access is limited to people and service providers that need it for the purposes described in this policy. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Site and Services, fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal and operational requirements.

The public Site does not currently collect payment-card information through its Growth Audit or partner-application forms. If payment functionality is introduced, payment-card information may be processed by a qualified third-party payment provider under that provider's privacy and security terms. We will update this policy as appropriate before materially changing how payment information is handled.

The Site and Services may link to websites operated by third parties. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or use of information. Information you submit directly to a third party is governed by that party's privacy policy. A link does not by itself imply endorsement.

The Site and Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.

This policy and Konnectb's privacy practices are subject to applicable law. If you access the Site and Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

California residents may have rights under applicable law regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain disclosures or uses of personal information. To submit a request, contact us using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain covered information as defined by Nevada law. We do not currently sell covered information as that term is defined by Nevada law. You may contact info@konnectb.com to submit a request or ask to be notified if our practices materially change.
